Recommendations
The Office of Admissions requires, as part of a candidate’s file, a letter of recommendation from the school counselor, principal, or headmaster from the candidate’s school. One teacher recommendation is also required. In addition to academic qualifications, recommendations should address the candidate’s personal qualifications such as character, intellectual motivation, participation in school activities, and established habits of industry and dependability. Electronic submission through the Common Application website or the Coalition Application website is encouraged.
